Products displayed on this website can be ordered ONLINE
ONLY.
On
placing an order, you will receive an email stating that
the order has been ‘processed’, ’declined’ or
’cancelled’. This preliminary email does not guarantee
delivery of the goods. Goods are only confirmed as
shipped when you receive a ‘completed’ email, meaning
your order has been dispatched.
We
mainly deliver within the UK and Ireland. In
some circumstances if for any reason the shipping has
been calculated inaccurately due to reasons of location
or anything outside our control, we will inform you and
propose a solution. Once received, your order is put
together by our dedicated staff, and where appropriate,
by our pharmacists who are members of the Royal
Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain. Orders are
generally dispatched by Royal Mail or by Courier. Royal
Mail recorded or Couriers will require a signature, and
will deliver between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only.
Please specify an address where someone will be able to
sign for your goods between these hours. We reserve the
right to change postal methods if circumstances require
it. Occasionally your order will be sent in multiple
dispatches (e.g. due to stock levels, difficult to
package goods, etc.). Every effort will be made to
deliver within the time stated. However, we accept no
liability for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If the goods are not delivery are not delivered on time,

email. We will ensure that you receive your order as
quickly as possible. This does not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer.
We offer a free delivery service on all UK bound orders above £40 which weigh less than 1kg. If your order weight exceeds 1kg, you would be charged for the excess.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the actual weight (or volumetric weight) of individual items ordered and the delivery address the items are being sent to.
We cannot guarantee delivery timescales due to third-party delay.
In general orders sent within the UK arrive within 1-2 working days of being dispatched.
All prices are in pounds sterling (£UK).
Ordering from within the UK, all major Credit Cards and
Debit Cards are acceptable.
Payment is normally debited from your account within 48
hours of your order.
Cheques or Postal Orders can be accepted (instructions
for this are emailed to you on acceptance of your
order). Goods will only be released on cleared funds.
We have a total
satisfaction guarantee policy. If for any reason you are
not happy with a product please let us know within 3
days of its arrival by phone. Goods must be returned
within 7 days of its arrival in their original packaging
and have not been tampered with in any way. A handling
and management charge of 10% will be deducted from the
value of returns. The handling and management charge
will be waved if the products have been sent in error or
are faulty. Please pack securely and also insert a note
for reason of return and post to the following return
